1. Payments and billing

Coaching payments are handled by Rank Algo LLC through Stripe. The price and currency shown when you book apply to your lesson. You may see Rank Algo LLC on your payment records.

2. Refunds and cancellations

When you book, time is reserved for your lesson. If you decide to cancel, change your mind or no longer wish to attend, the booking is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling a booking does not automatically create a credit or replacement lesson.

3. Rescheduling with 12 hours’ notice

You may reschedule your lesson free of charge by giving at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Use the rescheduling option in your booking confirmation, if available, or email hello@learnseowithmarium.com. Include the name and email used to book and your original lesson date and time. Your new time is subject to availability and booking confirmation.

4. Late requests and missed lessons

Rescheduling requests received less than 12 hours before the lesson and no-shows are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling or a replacement lesson, subject to applicable law. Please check the time zone shown in your confirmation and join on time. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled end time.

5. If Marium needs to reschedule

If Marium cannot deliver your lesson at the agreed time, you will be contacted to arrange another available time without an additional charge. This rescheduling arrangement does not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law if the service cannot be provided.

6. Connection problems

Please have a working computer, a reliable internet connection and access to the meeting link before your session. If a problem prevents you from joining, contact us promptly. Problems on the coach’s side will be handled by arranging an appropriate replacement time for the affected lesson or portion of the lesson, without an additional charge.

7. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same booking, email us with the booking details and payment date so we can investigate and correct a verified billing error. Do not send your full card number or security code by email.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts cancellation rights, refunds or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory consumer law gives you different rights, those rights take priority.
