1. About Learn SEO with Marium

Learn SEO with Marium provides educational website content and personal SEO coaching with Marium. Coaching payments and billing are handled by Rank Algo LLC. You can contact us at hello@learnseowithmarium.com.

These terms apply to your use of this website and bookings made directly through the booking links on it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before booking. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

2. What coaching includes

Your lesson focuses on SEO learning, your questions and practical next steps suited to your goals. The session length, price and any specifically included services are those described when you book. A coaching booking does not include ongoing website management, implementation work or continuing support unless separately agreed in writing.

SEO depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine changes, competition, your website and implementation. We do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic, revenue, job offers or business outcomes. Educational content and coaching are not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

3. Booking and payment

Provide accurate contact information and check your selected date, time and time zone. Bookings are made through Calendly and payments are processed through Stripe for Rank Algo LLC. Your lesson is confirmed after the required booking and payment steps are completed. The amount and currency displayed at checkout apply; any currency conversion or additional card issuer charges are determined by your provider.

4. Students under 18

Students under 18 may attend with a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent. The parent or guardian must authorize the booking and payment, review these terms and take responsibility for arrangements involving the student. Please use the parent’s or guardian’s contact details for booking communications.

For a child under 13, a parent or guardian should contact us before submitting the child’s personal information or arranging participation, so we can assess applicable privacy requirements and obtain any consent required by law.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

For the full arrangements, including coach cancellations and billing errors, please read our Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

6. Preparing for your session

Join on time using the meeting details provided after confirmation. Bring your questions, goals and a website URL if relevant, and have a working computer and reliable connection. You do not need to own a website or have prior SEO experience. Arriving late does not extend the agreed end time.

Only share information or website access that you are authorized to provide. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, customer records or other sensitive information during screen sharing. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply recommendations, obtaining necessary permissions and backing up your website before changes.

7. Recordings and respectful participation

Coaching sessions are not recorded by us. Please do not record, distribute or publicly share a session without prior agreement from everyone involved. Treat other people respectfully and use the service lawfully. We may end a session or restrict access where necessary to address harassment, unlawful conduct or security concerns. Any payment consequences remain subject to applicable law.

8. Website content and learning materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original content and coaching materials belong to Learn SEO with Marium, Rank Algo LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use materials provided to you for your own learning and internal business application. You may not resell, republish or distribute them as your own course or service without permission, except as permitted by law. You retain rights to your own materials.

9. External tools and websites

Bookings, payments, meetings and learning resources may involve third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply. We do not control their availability or subsequent changes. References to tools are educational and do not guarantee that a tool will suit every situation.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but SEO guidance can change and should be evaluated in context. You are responsible for your own website and business decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as services or requirements change. The updated date appears above. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing booking; a material change to an agreed service requires appropriate notice and agreement where required by law.

12. Questions and concerns

Email hello@learnseowithmarium.com with your question or booking details. We will review concerns and work with you to resolve them. Please do not include full payment card details in your message.
